Henry L. "Dickie" Justice, Sr., 64, of Lorain passed away on Tuesday, Jan 10, 2012 at his home following a short illness with family at his side.

     Henry was born in Slagle, WV on August 25, 1947, the son of the late Henry F. and Marie (nee Conley) Justice.

     He worked as a mobile equipment operator at US Steel Lorain from 1969- Aug 2004. He was a member of the former Romanian Club. He enjoyed riding bike, country music, played Guitar, enjoyed singing and especially setting in Oakwood Park.

     Henry is survived by daughters, Tyra L., (Edward) Hayes, of Lorain, Tera L. (Jonathan) Hayes of Oberlin, son Henry L. (Terri) Justice, Jr. of Sheffield Lake, grandchildren Edward L. Hayes, II, Jonathan P. Hayes, II, Nichoals J. Hayes, Stephanie L. Hayes Shannon L. Hayes, sisters Ernestine Smith of Logan WV and Teedy M Simpson of Lorain.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean (nee Birach) Justice on Jan. 9, 2000.

     Friends may call on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012 at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

     Funeral services will be on Monday, Jan. 16, 2012 in the funeral home at 11:00 am. with burial next to his loving wife, Jean, in the Elmwood Cemetery.
