Dear Ann and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I'm so
sorry that I'll be out of town and will not be able to attend the visitation
on Friday, but I'll be with you in thought and good wishes.
Even though I did not know Jim very well, just meeting him over the years
let me know what a fine man he was. He will be missed by everyone who knew
him. God Bless. Nancy Wargo

Dear Ann & David:
Our friendship goes back 50 years - to the summer of 1960 & I have so many
pleasant memories. Our son's grew up at the same time. We made trips
together -- back to New Orleans 25 years after our time together @ Tulane
with a visit to the same restaurant to celebrate Ann's birthday again --
then to Glacier Park where we hiked to Granite Park Chalet for an
overnight. How many times Fran & I were your guests in your home when we
were on our way to PA & NJ. You joined us @ Ocean City, NJ when David and
Chad were young boys, & you joined us in MN too. Fran & I treasured your
friendship and your hospitality/generosity. You were genuine, true friends.
Jim will be sorely missed. I'm so very thankful that we had the time
together in Minneapolis when Fran was still with us and that David joined us
that time also. Ann & David: you will be in my thoughts & prayers at this
time of loss -- I wish I were able to come for Jim's memorial service -- My
thoughts will be with you @ that time.

Dear Mrs. Edwards and David,
Sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I have not seen him in years, but have such
fond memories of when I would visit during high school and college. He was
always a gentleman and was very interested in what we were doing. He made
the world a brighter place and will be definitely missed by those who knew
him. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Blessed are
those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. (Matthew 5:4)
May it be a source of inner strength to know that there's a loving God
watching over you and that, throughout this time of need, He'll stay close
by your side.
I extend my sincere sympathy to the whole family. He will live on in the
hearts of everyone who loved Him.
I will always remember him very fondly for he made a great impact on my

My condolences to Mrs. Edwards and David. I remember Mr. Edwards as a
gentleman and intellectual. His views were sometimes challenging but always
worthy of consideration and respect. I believe his influence helped in my
development and that of many other Lorain students. His legacy as an
educator will continue in those who were touched by his teaching.

Dear Anne and David,
You have my sincere symphathies regarding your husband and father.
We were neighbors for thirty six years. He was kind, friendly, loved to
chat, always had a smile on his face. He projected a feeling of: the world
is good and I am happy. Such a pleasure to know him.
Sorry I was unable to attend the services. Your are in my prayers and
thoughts.
Love and Blessings,
Sandy Majoras
