Stewart N. Little

     Stewart N. Little, 69, of Lorain died Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at the Amherst Manor Nursing Home following a long illness.

     Mr. Little was born in Lorain on April 30, 1940, the son of the late Norman and Hazel (nee Perrott) Little.

     He was a graduate of Lorain High School and Kent State University. 

     He was a member of Church of the Redeemer in Lorain and taught Sunday School for many years,
     Mr. Little  a retired data entry specialist for disability claims at U S Department of Labor.

     He enjoyed stamp collecting, reading, having pen pals and he was a staunch supporter of the Christian Children's Fund. He loved to travel and toured Europe six times. He also visited most state capitols where he met many of his friends.
     Mr. Little is survived by his aunt Laurabelle A. Mengel of Amherst, cousins Anita K. LaBella, Karen D. Saegert both of Amherst, Nancy J. Dau of Dearborn, MI, Patricia A. Konrath of Chesterfield, VA and Kathleen M. Morrow of Norwalk.

     Friends may call on Saturday, September 26, 2009 from  10:00 AM. until services at 11:00 AM  at the Church of the Redeemer, 647 Reid Ave., Lorain, Ohio  44052.  Father Stephen Sedgwick, rector,  officiating.

     Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township, OH.
