Sandra Lee Shreve
Sandra Lee Shreve, 67 (nee Meier) died Friday, January 4, 2008, at Community
Health Partners Regional Medical Center in Lorain following a long illness.
Mrs. Shreve was born in Lorain, OH on October 18, 1940, and was a
lifelong Lorain County resident. She was a Vermilion High School graduate.
She was a homemaker that enjoyed crafts, painting, genealogy, reading and
crocheting. She was an avid Cleveland Browns fan.
She is survived by daughters Ruth Cajka of Sheffield Lake, Mary Pinto
of Lorain, Faith Olgin of Avon Lake, sons Arthur J. Shreve, Charles Shreve
Jr., of Lorain, 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, sisters Sherry
Meier of Lorain, Sally Carte, Mary Ellen Patterson both of Vermilion, Evelyn
Coates of Elyria, brothers Karl Meier, Mark Meier, Robert Meier, and Eric
Meier all of Lorain and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Shreve was preceded in death by her parents Arthur John and Alice
(nee Sanborn) Meier and a sister Linda Meier.
Friends may call on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008 from 11:00 AM until funeral
time at 1:00 PM in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals,
1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Lorain.
