Betty L. Lee
Betty
L. Lee, 87 (nee Close) of Lorain formerly of Lakeland, Florida passed away
on Sunday, November 23, 2008 at her home in Lorain following a brief
illness.
Mrs. Lee was born in Bellevue, Ohio on January 21, 1921, the daughter
of the late Carl and Lenore (nee Fredrick) Close. She has lived in Lorain
for the past two years. She was a homemaker.
She is a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Lakeland, Florida.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years Norman Lee of Lorain, son
Kenneth (Bethelaine)
Lee of Lorain, grandchildren Jason and Vanessa both of Lorain.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sons Jim in
infancy, Marvin in 1992, bothers Clair Close and Jimmy Close.
Services will be at a later date and burial will be in the Lay Cemetery,
Adams Township near Clyde OH.
The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to New Life
