Victoria M.
Grant, 75, (nee Zajac) of Lorain died Wednesday morning at Community Health
Partners Regional Medical Center following a long illness.
Mrs. Grant was born in Owendale, MI on August 10, 1932, the daughter of
Polish immigrants, the late Walter and Stella (nee Kasinsky) Zajac. She was
a homemaker and had worked at the Lorain County Airport as a dispatcher.
She enjoyed being with her family, animals, nature and flowers.
Mrs. Grant is survived by her husband John K. Grant, to whom she was
married on Oct. 7, 1950, a daughter Dottie J (Craig) Cooper of Avon, son
Ken J (Vicki) Grant of Pataskala, grandchildren Andrea Nichols, Jeremy
Grant, Michael Cooper, 3 great grandchildren and a sister-in-law Alice Zajac.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters Agnes
Sienkowski, Helen Zajac, and a brother Peter Zajac.
Friends may call Friday, April 11, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 at Schwartz,
Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 1:30 AM in the
funeral home .
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Avon
Family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to Animal
Protective League of Lorain County 8303 Murray Ridge Road Elyria, OH 44035.

Dear Dottie, Craig and Michael,
We were very sad to hear of the loss of you Mother and Grandmother.
This will be a very difficult time for all of you, however, rest in knowing
that she is with God, and prayer will get you thru this.
