William F. Favorite

     William F. Favorite, 84 of Lorain passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2008 in Lake Pointe Nursing Center in Lorain following a long illness.

     Mr. Favorite was born in Johnstown, PA on July 10, 1923, the son of the late Adam and Rosella (nee Mayole) Favorite.

     He was a graduate of Bishop McCort High School in Johnstown, PA. He was a member of St. Mary Church Lorain, OH.

     He was a retired slag crusher at US Steel in Lorain retiring in 1977 after 30 plus years of service. He also worked as a  custodian at St. Mary's School in Lorain.

 
     He is survived by his daughters Rosemary Phillips, Ann C Nemeth both of Lorain, son James E. Favorite of Lorain, Robert C Favorite of Las Vegas, NV, several grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

     Services will be held at a later date and will be private.

     Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain is handling the arrangements.
