Mr.and Mrs. Ewers, Mary, Beth, and family:
I want each one of yins to know that you are in my thoughts and
prayers. Tears filled my eyes when I heard the news about Robert. I will
always remember his love for his family. He loved to share stories about his
grandparents, dad, mom, and of course his two sisters, Mary and Beth, aunts
and uncles, cousins, and times that brought joy and happiness to his life.
It took him time to open up to me, but when he did I enjoyed it immensely!
Mr. and Mrs. Ewers I want you to know that everyone one of your children
that I had the opportunity to teach were different, but unique and different
in their own way! I loved them all, and hold their memories close to my
heart. Robert had a love for family! When I think of him, I will always see
a young man, quiet yet enjoyed laughter, striving to do his best, and making
his family proud for who he was and would become in life. I know in my
heart that each one of yins loved Robert and supported him. He loved each
one of yins! I don't understand why things like this happen in life,
or why such a great young, gentleman life ended so soon. I do believe,
Robert is now with the Good Lord. Robert will be yins' angel shining down
upon each one of you! Always remember his smile, laughter, tears, his
eagerness to strive to do his best in life, but most of all his love for
each one of yins! That will be the memory that I will always hold close to
my heart. Thinking of each one of you during this difficult time.

To the Ewers Family:
With tears in my eyes and yet a heart-felt smile on my face, I feel that
Robert is looking over all of you with God. His love for his family and his
sense of humor always made an impression on me. Every child that I had in
class (including Beth and Mary) left an impression in my heart. After my dad
passed away years ago, a gentleman told me to remember that even though my
dad is not here physically, he will always be in my mind and heart. When the
times get tough and in the good times, I always remember that statement and
know that my "angel" is watching over me. Robert will be your "angel"
watching over you.
You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

Mr and Mrs. Ewers,
I am so saddened by the loss of your son. I was unable to attend the
showing so I was unable to talk with you but I will be at the funeral. I
just wanted you to know how much your son meant to me. I remember the first
day he was in my class and I asked him if he wanted to be called Robert and
he said, "You can call me Bob if you want to" It was so funny the way he
emphasized the B that we joked about it for the next three years.
There wasn't a moment that Bob wasn't smiling or joking around. He was such
a source of joy in my classroom. I have the best picture of him at
graduation when he was laughing at me as I took his picture.
You know that all of my students become like my own kids and I love them
with everything I have. Bob was very special to me and he was one of the
ones that became one of my "favorites".
I know nothing I say will ever bring him back but I will always think of him
and I will keep you and your family in my prayers always. As a Mom I grieve
with you and as a teacher I grieve for you.
I look forward to goofing off with Bob when I get to Heaven. I know he will
be standing at the gates of paradise with a beautiful smile welcoming us
home where we will all be together forever, with no more sadness or
heartache.
May God bless you and keep you and I pray that one day, somehow, you will
find peace.
Love always,
Mrs. Molina
