 Helen I. Westfall Daily

 

     Helen I. Westfall Daily, 67, (nee Bunyard), of Lorain passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at Community Heatlh Partners Medical Center in Lorain.


     Mrs. Daily was born in Altheimer, Arkansas on October 18, 1940, the daughter of the late Clarence A. and Mildred B. (nee Battles) Bunyard.


     She graduated from Lorain High School and from Lorain County Community College in 1981 as an LPN.


     She worked as a LPN at Oak Hills Nursing Home, Lorain, for more than 20 years.


     Mrs. Daily enjoyed bowling, sewing, writing, and cooking for the homeless.


     She is survived by daughters Robin G. (Michael) Smith, Nora H. Luck, Sharon A. Wilcox, Ruth L. Westfall, Patricia L. (John II) Green, and Diane E Westfall all of Lorain, 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, brothers Cletus (Teresa) Gravette of Livermore, CA., Jerry Bunyard of CA., sister Gatha Wilyard of Eldorado, CA.


     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Clarence Bunyard, Jr.


     Friends may call Monday, September 15, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. at Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home for Funerals 1124 W. Fifth St., Lorain.


     Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Greg Sellers, Pastor of the Lorain Lighthouse United Methodist Church, officiating.


     Burial will be in the Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Amherst Township.


     The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
