Ruth E. Toth

     Ruth E. Toth, 84, (nee Prieskorn) of Folsom, California formerly of Lorain died Saturday December 15, 2007 at the Mercy Hospital of Folsom in Folsom, CA following a brief illness.

     Mrs. Toth was born on December 20, 1922, in Lorain, OH, and lived here until 1997, when she moved to Folsom to live near her daughter. She was a graduate of Lorain High School, Class of 1941 A. She was a homemaker.

     She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Lorain. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Queen City Chapter # 66, serving as Worthy Matron in 1958.

     She is survived by daughter Barbara Hyatt of Folsom, CA, grandson Scott B. (Lorna) Hyatt of Auburn, CA,  great grandchildren Paige, Ethan, and Tadd Hyatt all of Auburn, CA.

     She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Alex Toth in 1997, her parents William and Gertrude (nee Winzer) Prieskorn, aunts and uncles  Martha and Arnold Winzer, Elsie and John Winzer, brothers-in-law Gabor, Charles, and Arpad Toth, and sister-in-law Irene Stanziano.
