From: Ralph S. Pierce
Relation: Friend ? (Through a brother)
My brother Glen A. Pierce graduated from Nelsonville, Ohio High School
with "Becky" in 1943.
I see in The Saga (Yearbook) she was involved in Glee Club, Dance Band,
Edison Club, French Club, Bowling, Dramatics Club, F.H.A., and G.A.A.
On Friday May 7, 1943 she played Liza in the Senior Class, 3 act play,
entitled Mrs. Miniver and it was said everyone did exceptionally well in
their parts.
My bother was killed in an auto accident in May, 1948 at the age of 23,
still single. Your Mother did well to have children, grandchildren, and a
great-grandchild and make it to a good age of 81.
We extend sympathies to all concerned.
