Edna G. Kitts
Edna G.
(nee Campbell) Kitts, 72, of Lorain died Sunday, July 8, 2007 in the New
Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain following a long illness.
Mrs. Kitts was born in Danese, WV on October 2, 1934. She has lived in
Lorain since 1949. She was a homemaker that loved to cook and attend family
gatherings.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Kyle L. " Gene" " Slim"
Kitts, daughters Christine D. Halstead, Mary Ann Schinder both of Lorain,
Sharon F. Wyers of Huron, sons Lonnie "Pete" K. Kitts , Cecil W. Kitts
both of Vermilion, 13 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, sisters
Harriet I. Boling of Grand Blanc, MI., Ila M Mollohan, Barb Hamm both of
Summersville, WV., Mary L Holcomb of Danese, WV, brothers George A Campbell,
and Garnett (Benny) B Campbell both of Danese, WK.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lonnie K. and Gertrude M. (nee
Lester) Campbell, brothers Eugene Campbell and Robert Campbell.
Friends are invited to call Tuesday, July 10, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM
at Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street,
Lorain, Ohio 44052.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the
Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals with Rev. Jay Roller,
pastor of Grace Baptist Church, officiating
Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery Amherst Township,
OH.
The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to Ireland
Cancer Center at Community Health Partners, 41201 Schadden Road, Elyria,
Ohio 44035.

Edna Passed away 1 month to the day of my Father's passing so I really
understand what you are going through right now.
I truely believe that Edna and my Father are now in a better place and
are pain free and not suffering any longer.
Just try to hold on to your faith and that God will take good care of
them now. She knows that you all love her very very much!

forever.

We will miss Ednas' friendly wave across the fence .Although we did not know
her on a personal level. she was someone we could easily talk to. She loved
