Eileen M. S. Huddleston
Eileen M. S. Huddleston, 78 (nee Shaveyco) of Lorain died on Monday, October
16, 2006, at her home following a short illness.
Mrs. Huddleston was born in Cleveland on July 5, 1928. She was a
graduate of East High School in Cleveland and Ohio University. She moved to
Lorain in 1951. She had been a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist
Church.
She had been a teacher for the Lorain City Schools and then worked for
the State of Ohio's O.W.D.A. in Sheffield Lake as a manager. She enjoyed
entertaining her family, playing cards, and traveling with her sorority
sisters and close friends.
Mrs. Huddleston was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi and Beta Sigma Phi
sororities.
She is survived by daughters Sue Mitock of Lorain, OH, Patricia Heege
of Broadview Heights, sons Richard W. Peters, Robert J. Peters, 5
grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Huddleston is preceded in death by her husband George R.
Huddleston, parents John N. and Mary (nee Selepack) Shaveyco and a sister
Delores Saveyco.
Friends may call on Wednesday, October 18, 2006, from 4-7 PM in the
Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street,
Lorain, Ohio.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2006, at 11:00
AM in the funeral home.
Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery Amherst Township,
OH.
The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to charity
of the donor's choice. |
