June Bardoner

 

     June Bardoner, 83 (nee Marsac) of Lorain died Saturday Morning, April 1, 2006, at Avon Oaks Nursing Home in Avon Lake after a long illness.
     Mrs. Bardoner was born in Ravenna, MI on May 29, 1922, and moved to Lorain as an infant. She graduated Lorain High School in 1940. She was formerly a member of First  First Evangelical Lutheran Church and St. John's United Church of Christ. She was most recently a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Amherst.
     She was a homemaker. She had worked many years ago at Nelis Wall covering in Lorain.
     Mrs. Bardoner loved quilting, gardening, sewing, ceramics, reading, Cleveland Indians baseball games and camping.
     She is survived by a daughter Gayle Lehman of Avon Lake, OH, 3 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren, sisters  Elaine Carney of Lorain, Ohio., Evelyn  McCue of Lorain, Ohio.
     Mrs. Bardoner was preceded in death by her husband Richard W. Bardoner in 1996, a daughter Judith A. Bardoner in 1989, and her parents Fred and Margaret J (nee Mack) Marsac.
     There is no public visitation and funeral services will be private. The Rev. Mark R. Lehman, her grandson is officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery Amherst Township, OH.
     Family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Disease Research Foundation 1236 Ginger Crescent,  Virginia Beach, VA 23453.

I am sorry to hear about Mom, its hard to let them go.
I think about my Mom everyday and sure do miss her.
We know that they are in a better place and are at peace
and are with other loved ones.
Please keep in touch cause we don't have much family left. I talk with Lois once in a while and see Evelyn at church once in a while.
